Never open when it says they are, and closes early. overpriced items and if you buy the wrong thing they won’t even exchange. Poor Adding to this 2 years later, decided to go back and asked the man in a black bucket hat and sunglasses what pods are not ice, as I can’t do ice. He assures me the one he’s chosen is not ice, (keep in mind i’d get my normal flavour except apparently they haven’t restocked in a month) and sure enough, ice it is. they won’t exchange or give store credit…nothing. Clueless

It’s 10:15 am Thursday morning. Store is not open, it says 10am, no?

Shop clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is standard like any other vape store. Update: I have visited this location 4 times. I won't be returning. I left detailed personal information to be contacted by the owner for a private chat about his sales associate. No response. Taking my business elsewhere. Thank you

The only things Greezy about this place are their prices, and customer service. I bought an 8k STLTH vape on Tuesday, by Thursday morning it was leaking. I tried to take it back, as it was clearly a malfunctioning device (the clerk had told me that someone just brought another STLTH 8k vape in for the same reason), Amir (Owner or manager) yelled at the employee over the phone for a good 5-7 minutes for trying to offer me a solution. A grown man, yelling at a young lady over his business issues...I hope your mother is proud of you. Dear Amir, Please get some reputable products not some knockoffs. clearly what you sell in your stores is subpar quality for exorbitant prices. I'll be in touch with STLTH to let them know the great job you're doing as a vendor to support them! Keep up the inferior work!

Very pricey and lazy staff. The floors aren’t swept or clean at the end of the shifts. And the first room you enter always smells so bad because it’s never cleaned. Wouldn’t recommend this place, save your money at another vape company.
