So I go to this place to make a purchase and the door is locked and it says ring the doorbell. I’m standing there ringing the doorbell for 10 minutes. So unprofessional and the person working didn’t even come out. This is not how you run a business. I go around to the connivence store and they’re asking for ID when I clearly look over the age of 19. I tell the lady that’s weird because everytime I come to this place they never ask me for ID, now you want to ask me the girl who works in the store is not even there? That makes 0 sense. If you didn’t wanna do your job, you could have just said that. I just walked out. This place is disgusting.

Bought an Elfbar from this location which is rechargeable. Once I charged it and used it the vape was burnt out. I called in to ask whether I can come in for a replacement as in the past they’ve replaced it and send the defected product back to their seller but I was told they’ve changed their policies and THEY DONT GUARANTEE THEIR PRODUCTS WORKING. Highly wouldn’t recommend and it’s always the same cartoon looking dude who addresses me too

this isn’t my normal vape store, I wanted to buy a new one but the regular store I go to was closed. the service was good I purchased an ultra 800 Allo vape but I’m pretty sure it was fake. it had a weird glow and it also said made In china on the bottom and they normally don’t say that. anyways don’t let this determine you from purchasing from here
