Jug City Vape Store 21 Essa Rd Unit B

I have had nothing but great experiences at both the vape store as well as the convenience store. Jackie and his wife both have phenomenal customer service every time I visit. This has been my go to spot for 6 years and even after moving I still come back to visit Jackie and his wife. They are fantastic people and I will never stop going:)

The prices are reasonable and the sales lady who works there is very respectful and always gives advice and the best purchase offer

So I decided to get my vapes at this vape store on monday I went in and purchased 2 vapes from here didn't need to open them right away because I had a vape I had been using so saturday night I opened mine and there was a burnt taste to the vape I brought it back to jug city vape and was told to contact the company for a replacement so I called the company and they informed me I had to bring it back to the original place of purchase so this is how they told me it works bring it back to the original place of purchase then the merchant gives you a replacement and then the merchant sends the defective item back to the company and the company sends the merchant a new device but the merchant didn't wanna replace the defective device it's ok I'll just go somewhere else I definitely won't be back
